I've been swimming with eo SwimBETTER for the past couple of months and I've been able to pick up, and fix, some small technical errors in my stroke which have increased my lap times immensely. I've already dropped 2 seconds off my 200m and can feel my efficiency building. I will not do a technique session without these handsets ever again.

Whilst the initial set-up of the handsets is a little fiddly, it's worth it for the data you get on your swims. So much information, but I'm just focussing on my hand path data at the moment to get that more streamlined and it's working. My efficiency in the pool is improving, plus that data is motivating me to swim more so my fitness is also improving. It's a win win.
